Helping families with some of the most important events in their lives is a passion of ours and something which offers a great reward to all at Coleman Law Firm.
As such, we specialise in two areas of practice, both of which are outlined below:

Buying a condominium, townhouse, or private home is a major transaction as you are probably making the largest single investment of your life. As such, buying a home can be a stressful process. We also provide assistance in refinance transactions of your current mortgage.

The Coleman Law Firm, P.A. strives to make the process as smooth as possible and provide you with answers to your questions and concerns. Our staff will work with you directly, or through your real estate agent, so that you are prepared prior to closing and know exactly what to expect by the time you arrive for your closing and signing conference. We will provide detailed explanations of the title transfer, your mortgage loan documents (if applicable) and other matters including survey of the lot, possible homeowner’s association dues and such.

The closing conference takes place in The Coleman Law Firm’s conference room or within one of the several available conference rooms in our building. Normally, one hour is allotted as the time necessary for buyers and sellers to review the financial statement (“HUD”) and sign the appropriate title and loan paperwork. Peter attends each and every single closing to explain all documents and the process takes anywhere between 20 to 45 minutes to complete.

Everyone tries to be as prepared as possible. Have you had a recent illness or accident that made it difficult to handle your daily affairs? Do you have minor children? Are you going out of town on vacation or flying overseas? Are you reaching an age where you would want your children’s assistance or a trusted third party?

At Coleman Law Firm, we appreciate that life can sometimes throw some fairly hefty curveballs at us when we least expect them.  We understand that getting your estate affairs in order is often the last thing on your mind but past experience has demonstrated the importance and benefits of doing just that.

As such, we have developed our service over many years to ensure that everything is covered in the event that we will be called upon.
